HW International has rebranded as Dubois, uniting its European and Australian operations under a single global identity as part of its post‑buyout integration strategy.
The move follows a management buyout in 2025 and includes the renaming of HW Wood Australia to Dubois Insurance. The rebrand is intended to reflect the group’s heritage while supporting a more integrated international operating model.
Owner Maurits Kleingeld said the new name brings together the firm’s history, relationships and way of working under one unified brand.
Xceedance has appointed Swapna Allapur as global chief people officer as the business enters its next phase of enterprise growth and technology‑led transformation.

Richard Wheeler has been promoted to head of underwriting – USA, Michael Davis to Head of Brace London Underwriting, with Martin McBrearty continuing as Head of Brace UK & Europe. All heads will be reporting to Chief Underwriting Officcer Tom Sambrook.
