Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Structure, business, and supply chain
Rein4ce is a UK-based public relations firm focusing on the insurance and reinsurance industries, servicing clients in the UK, Europe, North America, Bermuda, Cayman, and Jordan.
We are serious about our brand because it’s part of our identity and so is our commitment to corporate social responsibility. We believe transparency is the best way we can assure the public that we are doing our best as an ethical corporate citizen.
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
This statement is intended to fulfil the legal requirements for a slavery and human trafficking statement.
Rein4ce is based in London, and our corporate office is in Glasgow. We have fewer than 50 staff on a full time and part-time basis. We also have service providers in the UK providing services such as copywriting, bookkeeping, IT, photography, graphic design, business development and accounting. Where possible, we engage suppliers who have relationships with existing suppliers so that we can contain our supplier network and improve consistency in ethical practices throughout the supply chain.
Identifying, assessing, and managing risk
Rein4ce is committed to opposing Modern Slavery practices and commits itself to asking any potential suppliers whether they engage in any practices that could be characterized as Modern Slavery.
Key performance indicators
In order to assess the effectiveness of our modern slavery procedures, Rein4ce is committed to providing all staff with anti-slavery guidelines and to hold a presentation and discussion on these on an annual basis.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Rein4ce’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending June 2024 and was approved by CEO Mairi Mallon and Managing Director Stephen Breen on 13 August, 2024.
