Jane is responsible for auditing Rein4ce’s processes and systems to help improve the team’s performance and productivity.
Previously, Jane was Head of Contact Management at Dorset Police, where she was responsible for 250 specialist operational officers and staff, delivering critical incident management and officer dispatch alongside 999 and non-emergency contact teams.
Before joining Dorset Police, Jane held senior roles in the hotel industry, including operations director, sales and marketing director, and general and personnel manager.
